Indoor Sales Administrator
Job Description
Kazoulis Global Logistics Ltd is seeking to recruit an Indoor Sales Administrator.
Job Description:.
• In-depth knowledge of all clients assigned by the Sales Executive
• Understand and promote the company’s services using marketing principles
• Apply client management strategies to maintain strong relationships
• Regularly update customer records in the system
• Prepare and send quotations to clients after approval from Sales Executives
• Follow company regulations and procedures at all times
• Perform additional tasks as needed to support department operations
• Report to the Sales & Marketing Manager
Required:
• At least two years of working experience in a similar field
• University or College degree in Business Administration or Marketing
• Freightplus Software knowledge will be considered an advantage
• Microsoft Office Knowledge
General requirements:
• Ability to analyse and communicate information
• Organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work as part of a team and work under pressure
• Honest, discreet, trusted, hard worker
• Good Computer skills
• Excellent knowledge of English
