Job Description

We are seeking a proactive Interior Design Operations Associate with a meticulous eye for detail to join our growing team.
 

In this dynamic hybrid position, you will bridge the gap between creative design and operational execution. You will remain vital to the project lifecycle—drafting furniture proposals and selecting premium finishes while orchestrating procurement logistics, vendor management, and ensuring seamless installations.
 

What you will be doing:
 

Develop design concepts, spatial layouts, moodboards, and professional presentations.

• Curate high-quality furniture, lighting, and decorative accessories for diverse residential environments.
• Produce accurate furniture proposals and detailed financial quotations.
• Oversee custom manufacturing orders through close collaboration with suppliers.
• Execute procurement strategies, manage delivery timelines, and coordinate installation schedules.
• Track project milestones and budgets to ensure operational success and progress.
• Direct on-site setups and provide final styling prior to client handovers.
• Maintain fluid communication between clients, vendors, and internal departments for successful delivery.
• Support the Head of Product Design in managing a diverse portfolio of furnishing projects.
• Ensure all project documentation and records are meticulously maintained.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience and a degree or relevant qualification in Interior Design (or related field).
• Very good knowledge of Photoshop, Power point and strong presentation skills.
  Good working knowledge of AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
• A meticulous eye for detail, able to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines efficiently.
• Proactive and resourceful, with the ability to create automations or streamline processes to improve workflow efficiency.
• Good knowledge of furniture, materials, finishes, and interior styling.
• Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
