Job Description

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts payable and receivable processes
• Prepare and post journal entries
• Reconcile bank statements and accounts
• Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records in compliance with Cyprus regulations
• Prepare VAT, VIES returns, tax filings, and other statutory reports
• Liaise with external auditors and authorities when required
• Handle general administrative tasks related to finance

Requirements

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent qualification such as LCCI, or similar)
• At least 1-2 years of relevant accounting experience (experience in a consulting, advisory, or service-oriented firm is a plus)
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and Cyprus tax/VAT regulations
• Proficiency in accounting software is advantageous, and MS Excel
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Fluent in English (written and spoken); knowledge of Greek is considered a strong advantage
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a  team
• Reliable, proactive, and professional attitude

Salary

€25,200 yearly gross
