Job Description
CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, an International Group of Companies with diverse business interests, we are seeking to recruit an iOS Developer, to join their growing team based in Limassol. As an iOS Developer, you will build and maintain native iOS applications from the ground up as well as collaborate with the project manager to scope features, meet deadlines, and communicate progress clearly as a part of a small team. A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or another relevant field is preferred, and you must possess at least 1+ years of native iOS development experience with Swift. Sound knowledge of Apple's Human Interface Guidelines and App Store submission process is essential and fluency in both verbal and written English is a must. Key Duties/Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain native iOS applications from the ground up.
- Collaborate with the project manager to scope features, meet deadlines, and communicate progress clearly as a part of a small team.
- Work directly with our designer to translate UI/UX designs into pixel-perfect, smooth interfaces.
- Own the full development cycle - from feature scoping to App Store submission.
- Maintain code quality through self-reviews and good engineering habits.
- Identify and fix bugs, monitor performance, and ensure a great experience across all supported devices and iOS versions.
Key Skills/Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field would be preferred.
- At least 1+ years of native iOS development experience with Swift.
- Comfortable working closely with a designer and translating Figma (or similar) files into native UI.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and JSON integration.
- Experience with Git.
- Understanding of Apple's Human Interface Guidelines and App Store submission process.
- A portfolio or examples of apps you have shipped or contributed to - personal projects welcome.
- Available to travel (3-4 times per year).
- Professional in English.
- Excellent communication / interpersonal skills.
