Job Description

CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, an established Information Technology company, headquartered in Nicosia, we are seeking to recruit an IT Analyst to join their growing team. As an IT Analyst, you will join an established Managed Services Department, and will manage day-to-day IT operations across internal and client-facing environments. This role focuses on user lifecycle management, systems administration, and first-level technical support. Our client is seeking applicants who possess 3+ years of experience in a system administration or senior IT support role, ideally in a managed services or multi-client environment. You will need to have strong working knowledge of Active Directory, along with experience administering Microsoft 365. Key Duties/Responsibilities: 

  • Manage end-to-end onboarding and offboarding, including AD account creation, group membership, and system access for employees and clients.
  • Maintain accurate user records across Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and Entra ID (Azure AD), including role assignments, distribution groups, and shared mailboxes.
  • Act as first point of escalation for IT requests, triaging issues related to hardware, and business applications.
  • Manage the IT ticketing system, ensuring requests are logged, prioritised, and resolved within agreed SLAs.
  • Administer Active Directory — Group Policy, OU structure, security groups, and user/computer object management.
  • Manage Microsoft 365 environments: mailbox administration, mail flow, and licence management.
  • Maintain Entra ID (Azure AD) configurations including Conditional Access, MFA enrolment, and SSO integrations.
  • Produce and maintain IT documentation, SOPs, system configurations, and knowledgebase articles.

 

Key Skills/Experience: 

  • 3+ years' experience in a system administration or senior IT support role, ideally in a managed services or multi-client environment.
  • Strong working knowledge of Active Directory (user management, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP).
  • Experience administering Microsoft 365 and familiarity with Entra ID (Azure AD) — user provisioning, MFA, and Conditional Access.
  • Proficiency with an IT ticketing or ITSM platform and ability to maintain clear documentation.
  • Strong communication skills; able to explain technical concepts to non-technical staff.
  • PowerShell scripting knowledge for automation of user provisioning and administrative tasks will be considered a plus.
  • Experience with endpoint management tools (e.g. Intune, RMM tools) is desirable.
  • Experience supporting or guiding junior team members is a plus.
  • Highly organised; able to manage multiple concurrent requests and prioritise effectively.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues before they escalate.
  • Collaborative team player, comfortable sharing knowledge and communicating across all levels of the business.
