Job Description
Job Summary:
In this role, the IT Officer will report directly to the IT Manager and be responsible for supporting and maintaining the organization's IT systems and infrastructure. We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and team-focused individual with strong technical skills and a passion for providing excellent IT support.

- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or Computer Science
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and user support mindset
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Fluent in Greek and English
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
Role Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day IT support (hardware, software, and systems)
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues remotely, over the phone, or on-site
- Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment and applications in restaurants
- Support ongoing IT operations and assist with new technology projects
- Train team members on systems, tools, and best practices
- Document processes and technical solutions
- Prepare reports and assist with data exports
- Test and evaluate new technologies
