Job Description

On behalf of our client, one of the largest construction companies in Cyprus, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Junior Architect.

 

Τhe Company is licensed as an A – Class Contractor, allowing to handle projects of any size and complexity. Due to its size and structure, the Company can operate with flexibly to match the needs of its clients. It has been in the market for over 60 years and has built a reputation for quality, efficiency and reliability.

 

We are seeking an experienced Junior Architect to join the team of the Company and take an active role in the design, coordination and technical support of the architectural projects. The role requires a strong technical background, the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and a practical understanding of the transition from design to construction

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Prepare detailed drawings for architectural and structural plans, elevations, sections and details.

Develop final construction drawings that communicate the architectural intent and implementation requirements.

Incorporate changes and revisions throughout the design process.

Prepare architectural solutions and construction details in collaboration with the project team.

Contribute to the organisation and timely progress of deliverables with consistency and accuracy.

 

CANDIDATE PROFILE

Positive attitude towards learning and professional development in an architectural and technical design environment.

Good communication skills, collaborative mindset and the ability to present ideas and solutions.

Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

 

QUALIFICATIONS

Recognised university degree in Architecture.

Member of ETEK.

Excellent knowledge of AutoCAD 2D, as well as Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.

Very good command of the Greek and English languages.

Good interpersonal communication and organisational skills.

Previous experience in Architecture, Detail Design or a Technical Office environment will be considered a significant advantage.
