Job Description

What You’ll Be Doing

• Assist in planning, creating and executing digital marketing campaigns.
• Create, edit and schedule engaging content across social media platforms.
• Support the Group’s presence on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and other relevant channels.
• Create visual content and marketing materials using Canva or similar tools.
• Support paid campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads.
• Assist with SEO, website content updates and email marketing campaigns.
• Monitor social media, website and campaign performance and assist with reporting.
• Conduct market, audience and competitor research.
• Support promotional campaigns, events, competitions and other marketing activities.
• Work closely with different departments and companies across the Group to develop relevant content and campaigns.

What We’re Looking For

• Degree or diploma in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Media or a related field.
• Previous experience or internship in digital marketing is an advantage — but enthusiasm and willingness to learn matter to us too.
• Good understanding of Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and TikTok.
• Familiarity with Canva or similar content creation tools.
• Basic knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, email marketing or Google Analytics will be considered an advantage.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Good command of Greek and English.
• Creative mindset with an interest in digital trends and content creation.
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Positive attitude, team spirit and willingness to learn.
