Responsibilities:

• Install and configure user's computer systems
• Respond to user IT support requests
• Manage meetings with users to diagnose software, networking, or hardware issues
• Provide software support on PCs and laptops, such as troubleshooting, installing, removing a few different software applications (Outlook 365, Windows programs, Internet Explorer, Chrome, Firefox, etc.)
• Administration and configuration (user, groups, reset passwords)

Requirements:

• 1 year experience in similar position
• Experience in Windows 10/11 & Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of Android System
• Basic knowledge of Networking & Security
• Basic knowledge in Domain Services will be an asset
• Basic knowledge in Office 365 Cloud Platform will be an asset
• MS Windows Server or M365 Certification will be an asset
• Basic knowledge of MacOS will be an asset

Τα Public είναι η ελληνική αλυσίδα πολυκαταστημάτων ψυχαγωγίας, η οποία μέσα σε σύντομο χρονικό διάστημα –αφού ιδρύθηκε μόλις το 2005– κατάφερε να αλλάξει τις καταναλωτικές συνήθειες όλων. 

Στην Κύπρο αυτή τη στιγμή αριθμεί τέσσερα καταστήματα με σύνολο 180 υπαλλήλους.

•  Το 2007 άνοιξε το πρώτο Public στη Λευκωσία φέρνοντας στην Κύπρο τη φιλοσοφία του “retail entertainment”.
• Από το 2009 λειτουργεί το δεύτερο κατάστημα στη Λεμεσό, το Νοέμβριο του 2013 το τρίτο Public στην Πάφο, στο King Avenue Mall, ενώ τον Δεκέμβριο του 2016 εγκαινιάστηκε το τέταρτο κατάστημα Public στην Λάρνακα.
• Το 2017 τα Public στην Κύπρο κατέγραψαν συνολικά 3 εκατομμύρια επισκέψεις.
• Τον Αύγουστο του 2018 ανοίγει το πέμπτο κατάστηματ Publıc Παραλίμνι ενώ τον Νοέμβριο του ίδου έτους ανοίγει το έκτο κατάστημα Publıc εντός του Nıcosıa Mall στην Λευκωσία. 

• Το 2021 ανοίγει το νέο κατάστημα Public εντός του Metropolis Mall στη Λάρνακα. 

   

Το Publıc διαθέτει σύγχρονους και ζεστούς χώρους με ευρεία γκάμα προϊόντων τεχνολογίας και πολιτισμού που καλύπτουν τις ανάγκες και των πιο απαιτητικών επισκεπτών–καταναλωτών κάθε ηλικίας, αφού μπορούν να βρίσκουν συγκεντρωμένες σε ένα πολυκατάστημα έμπνευση και ενημέρωση σε τομείς τόσο διαφορετικούς, όσο και συμπληρωματικούς μεταξύ τους όπως: tablets, κινητά και ψηφιακά, computers και gaming, μουσική και ταινίες, ήχος και εικόνα, βιβλία και comics, gadgets και παιχνίδια.
