We are looking for a Junior Production Engineer to join our growing team in Nicosia and gain hands-on experience across the entire production process, from production planning and preparation through execution on the factory floor.
This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious engineer looking to build a career in manufacturing and production engineering within an established industry leader. You will work closely with our Production Manager and experienced technical team from day one, gaining practical knowledge, responsibility and exposure to real projects.
No previous aluminium industry experience is required.

Your Responsibilities:
Help prepare and issue production lists based on approved drawings and project requirements.
Monitor production progress and help coordinate priorities across cutting, machining, assembly, and glazing.
Work closely with Design, Projects, Procurement, Warehouse, and Quality teams to keep production running smoothly.
Help investigate production issues and support process improvement initiatives.
Gain hands-on experience with ERP/MES systems and production planning tools.
Work closely with the Production Manager and gain practical exposure to day-to-day manufacturing operations.
Support the team in identifying opportunities to improve production efficiency and processes.
Requirements:
Degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, Production Engineering, or a related field.
Proficiency with CAD systems.
0–2 years of professional experience.
Previous aluminium industry experience is a plus, but not required.
Analytical and problem-solving mindset with a genuine interest in manufacturing.
Willingness to learn and develop within a manufacturing environment and learn through hands-on experience.
