Job Description

A caring and energetic professional responsible for ensuring the safety, well-being, and enjoyment of children in a welcoming club environment. Plans and leads a variety of creative, educational, and recreational activities, always supervises children and supports their daily needs. Maintains high standards of cleanliness and safety, fosters positive relationships with families, and contributes to an exceptional guest experience through friendly and attentive service.
Key Duties/Responsibilities:
⁃ Provide a safe, hygienic, and stimulating environment for the children.
⁃ Build rapport with and take a genuine interest in all children and parents utilizing the club's child activity services.
⁃ Offer a full, varied, innovative, and targeted calendar of activities and events for infants, toddlers, and young children.
⁃ Maintain the facility and equipment/supplies to company standards for cleanliness, tidiness, and safety.
⁃ Organize everyday activities (arts and crafts, sports, leading games, reading stories, and singing songs) and supervise children to ensure they are always safe.
⁃ Providing basic care for children which includes feeding and changing nappies.
⁃ Promote the club's youth programs and activities.
⁃ Ability to deliver excellent customer service.
Requirements and Qualifications:
⁃ Degree in childcare or a related qualification
⁃ Proven experience in a childcare role at least 1 year
⁃ First aid certificates will be considered an advantage.
⁃ Excellent knowledge of English, both written and spoken. Greek and Russian would also be beneficial.
⁃ Must enjoy working with children.
⁃ Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of the team.
⁃ Understanding of and commitment to promoting diversity, inclusion, and equity.
⁃ Awareness of safeguarding skills
⁃ Energy and enthusiasm with great communication skills
⁃ EU citizen or EU work permit holder
