Metagames Lab Ltd is an AI-powered behavioural intelligence company using simulation games, voice capture and multi-agent analytics to serve enterprise HR, leadership development and talent markets. As we scale our commercial operation, we are looking for a commercially driven Lead Generation Specialist to drive the full new-client cycle — from market intelligence and outbound prospecting through to proposal support and signed contracts.
The successful candidate will own our lead-generation engine: the tools, data, campaigns and processes that keep new opportunities flowing to our consulting partners. You will carry the external title Client Growth Lead in all client-facing, sales and marketing communications.
