The Atlantica Miramare Beach Hotel in Limassol is seeking a professional and responsible Lifeguard to join our team and ensure the safety and well-being of our guests.

Job Requirements:

• Valid Lifeguard Certification
• Certified in First Aid and AED use
• Fluent in English

Primary Responsibilities:

• Supervise the pool area and ensure the safety of all guests
• Maintain constant surveillance of the pool and surrounding areas
• Prevent accidents by identifying and eliminating hazardous situations
• Enforce all hotel rules and safety regulations
• Anticipate risks and take proactive measures to avoid incidents
• Respond immediately and effectively to emergencies:
  • Perform water rescues
  • Administer First Aid or CPR when necessary
  • Notify colleagues when additional support or equipment is required
• Communicate clearly and professionally with guests and team members

Secondary Responsibilities:

(These duties must not interfere with primary lifeguard responsibilities)

• Inform guests about pool rules and safety procedures
• Assist guests in locating missing persons when needed
• Complete daily reports and maintain accurate records
• Support general maintenance tasks as assigned
• Attend all mandatory trainings in accordance with government and company protocols
