Sharp Nine Consulting Limited is a dynamic force in the industry that is a service provider specializing in the fields of Legal, Corporate, Compliance and AML consulting, consulting, sourcing talented and knowledgeable individuals to service its extensive client base.

Our top-notch team of professionals is rapidly growing, and we are currently looking for a Litigation Lawyer to join us.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle all aspects of litigation cases, including case assessment, strategy development, and legal research.
• Represent the company in court, including trials, hearings, and depositions. Advocate on behalf of the company during settlement negotiations.
• Conduct thorough legal research and draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents.
• Manage the discovery process, including the preparation and review of documents, conducting depositions, and responding to discovery requests.
• Prepare and file all necessary court documents in a timely and accurate manner.
• Maintain regular communication with clients, keeping them informed of case status and developments.
• Work closely with other attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to ensure effective case management and client satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with all legal standards and ethical obligations.

 Requirements:

• BSc/BA and/or MSc in Law, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum experience of 4 years in litigation
• Admission to the state bar in good standing.
• Strong knowledge of procedural and substantive law.
• Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Superior oral advocacy and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and priorities effectively.
• High level of professionalism and ethical standards.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
• Proficiency in legal research tools and software (e.g., LexisNexis, Westlaw).
