About Us: We operate a high-velocity, highly profitable digital news and geopolitics network. We generate nearly 1,000,000 views per day across our primary channels, driven by a relentless pipeline of high-profile expert interviews every single day.

We are looking for an elite, quick-thinking Live Broadcast Producer to act as the "Director in the Control Room" for our daily stream of interviews.

The Mission: Your primary KPI is simple: Execute flawless live productions.

You are the technical backbone of the show. While the Host focuses on the geopolitical conversation, you manage the software, the guests, and the visual presentation so the host never has to touch a button.

What You Will Do:

• VIP Guest Concierge: You are the first face our guests (retired generals, politicians, intelligence analysts) see. You will greet them in the green room, conduct audio/camera tech checks, and ensure they are comfortable before going live.
• Live Show Management (StreamYard): Actively direct the broadcast. You will manage screenshares, pull up breaking news articles on the fly, trigger lower-thirds, and switch camera layouts seamlessly during the conversation.
• Host Shielding: Keep the Host insulated from technical issues. If a guest's internet drops or an audio glitch occurs, you troubleshoot it silently in the background chat without disrupting the flow of the interview.
• Pre & Post-Production Prep: Ensure all assets (graphics, intro videos, links) are pre-loaded into StreamYard before the broadcast begins.

Who You Are:

• Flawless English (Written & Spoken): You will be verbally directing high-profile, authoritative guests. Your English must be pristine, professional, and calming.
• StreamYard Master: You know StreamYard (or similar broadcasting software) inside and out. You can navigate its features with your eyes closed.
• Ice in Your Veins: Live broadcasting is unpredictable. When a guest's mic dies in the middle of a viral interview, you don't panic, you fix it.
• High Context Awareness: You can follow a fast-paced news conversation and instinctively know when to full-screen a map, when to show a specific article, and when to cut back to a dual-camera view.

Compensation: $1,700/month gross.
