What You'll Be Doing
- Carrying out regular inspections and preventive maintenance across the office
- Responding quickly to maintenance issues and unexpected breakdowns
- Handling general repairs and coordinating specialist contractors when needed
- Monitoring and maintaining building systems, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and equipment
- Keeping maintenance records up to date
- Managing maintenance-related expenses and helping control costs
- Ensuring all work is completed safely and in line with regulations
- Helping create a comfortable, safe, and well-maintained workplace for everyone
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in building, facility, property, or general maintenance
- Good practical skills and the ability to tackle a variety of maintenance tasks
- Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, or building systems
- A proactive approach and strong problem-solving abilities
- Someone reliable, organized, and comfortable working independently
- Good communication skills and professional attitude
- English language proficiency
