We’re on the lookout for a Maintenance Technician who brings reliability, technical skill, and teamwork to our resort operations across all shifts!

Job Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on hotel systems including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, lighting, and fire safety equipment.
• Respond promptly to guest room maintenance requests and repair issues such as faulty lighting, leaks, or malfunctioning equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair minor issues with elevators, air-conditioning units, water heaters, and kitchen or laundry appliances.
• Assist in the upkeep of the hotel’s common areas, including lobbies, corridors, staff areas, outdoor spaces, and pool facilities.
• Monitor the Building Management System (BMS) and respond to alerts or alarms to prevent breakdowns.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working order and report any damaged or missing items.
• Keep detailed records of maintenance work, repairs, and parts used.
• Support energy-saving initiatives and ensure systems are operating efficiently.
• Ensure all fire exits, alarms, extinguishers, and safety systems are regularly checked and compliant.
• Assist with minor painting, carpentry, and touch-up work as needed throughout the hotel.
• Set up and dismantle equipment or furniture for meetings, banquets, and hotel functions.
• Participate in on-call shifts for emergency maintenance needs during nights, weekends, or holidays.
• Collaborate with other departments (Housekeeping, Front Office, F&B) to ensure guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.
• Follow all safety protocols and wear appropriate protective gear when performing maintenance tasks.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by management that are reasonably related to the scope of the position and necessary for the smooth operation of the facility.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years’ proven experience in a similar role, preferably within a hotel or resort setting.

• Excellent communication in English is essential. Fluency in Greek is a strong advantage.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good physical stamina and ability to lift, move, and carry items and work in outdoor environments.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Applicants must hold EU nationality without the need for a visa sponsor.

Please note the salary range provided is in Gross and is regarding the indicative 6 day schedule. In the hotel industry as per legislation contracts are for 5 day work schedules with the one day off suspended and compensated on 1:1 leading to the indicative 6 day salary.
