Job Description

YooJob Solutions is recruiting on behalf of a leading organisation in the Energy sector for a Marketing Coordinator to join its team in Limassol.

The successful candidate will support the company's marketing activities across social media, content creation, digital campaigns, events and marketing communications, while coordinating with internal teams and external partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage social media channels and coordinate content creation in collaboration with external partners.
• Support the implementation of marketing and advertising campaigns according to agreed timelines.
• Assist with the development of marketing strategies, plans and objectives.
• Analyse social media and email campaign performance and provide insights and recommendations.
• Coordinate with suppliers for quotations and orders of promotional materials.
• Maintain records and stock levels of marketing and event materials.
• Organise and participate in exhibitions, events, seminars and corporate presentations.
• Update and publish content on the company's website.
• Support the preparation of banners, signage, site materials and vehicle graphics.
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends.
• Maintain records of supplier and partner invoices.
• Follow the Group's quality, health & safety and environmental management procedures.

Requirements

• Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• Previous experience in a similar position.
• Good knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Ads and Google Analytics.
• Excellent computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Very good written and spoken Greek and English.
• Strong organisational and planning skills with the ability to prioritise effectively.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Creative, flexible and proactive approach.
• Strong team spirit.
