We are seeking a talented professional for the role of Marketing Manager, who will serve as the 'Brand Guardian' for Kanika Hotels & Resorts.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a commercially viable Marketing Strategy aligned with the company’s business goals
Ensure timely and budget-friendly delivery of the Marketing Strategy
Oversee the marketing plan's conception, focusing on transaction growth across all channels
Maintain a strong and consistent Kanika Hotels & Resorts brand message across all platforms (email, websites, events)
Enhance the global brand value proposition and manage the customer experience across all marketing touchpoints
Lead the marketing team in executing campaigns, from planning to execution
Identify target audiences for events and develop effective messaging strategies
Collaborate with creative teams to produce engaging marketing materials that drive growth
Conduct competitive analysis to uncover new market opportunities.
Utilize data-driven strategies to optimize channel performance
Work with other departments to create effective marketing solutions for business targets
Manage and control the marketing budget to maximize ROI while achieving company objectives
Qualifications and Experience:
5 years of leadership experience, preferably in hospitality or tourism
Proven track record in creating and executing effective marketing strategies
Strong knowledge of digital marketing, brand development, social media, and e-commerce
Team player with excellent interpersonal skills
Capable of being hands-on while also taking a strategic approach
Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills to interpret data for growth decisions
Proficient in web analytics and CRM systems (Hubspot experience is a plus)
Fluent in Greek and English with exceptional communication abilities.
