Mechanical Engineer (Mηχανολόγος Μηχανικός)
We are hiring a Mechanical Engineer who will develop and implement Engineering systems in construction projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising electrical/mechanical systems in residential and commercial buildings. This role requires technical expertise, strong self-organization skills and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Design and Development: Overseeing and implementing of engineering systems (Electrical/Mechanical).
- Project Management: Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of engineering systems projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with company objectives and project goals.
- Quality Control: Ensure all engineering systems and projects meet the required quality and safety standards, conducting testing and performance evaluations as necessary.
- Team Leadership: Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and others, to ensure smooth execution of project tasks.
- Vendor Management: Liaise with external suppliers, vendors, and contractors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
- Reporting: Provide regular updates to management on project progress, challenges, and achievements, including preparing detailed project reports.
Requirements:
- Education: Degree or qualification in engineering (Mechanical) or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of on site experience in engineering systems.
- Technical Skills: Good knowledge in engineering systems, Design software (CAD).
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong level of English. Knowledge of Greek or Russian as an advantage.
- Problem-solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to overcome challenges and deliver projects efficiently.
- Valid driver’s license.
