Job Description

This is a dual role combining media, content creation, design and administrative support.

The ideal candidate should be able to contribute creatively to the company’s communication and promotional activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, create and manage content for social media, digital platforms and company communications.
• Design professional material for posts, invitations, presentations, promotional campaigns, events and other company activities.
• Support the planning, coordination and communication of company events, brand activations and promotional projects.
• Assist with newsletters, announcements, marketing material and internal communications.
• Maintain and organize digital content, photo archives, media files and promotional material.

Requirements

• Degree or diploma in Media, Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Digital Design or other relevant field.
• Previous experience in media, marketing, communications, design, administration or a similar dual role will be considered an advantage.
• Strong design skills and creative ability.
• Very good knowledge of design tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign or similar platforms.
• Good understanding of social media platforms, content planning and digital communication.
• Excellent organizational and administrative skills.
• Fluency in English.
