Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent guest service and ensuring smooth hotel operations during morning & night hours.
Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures during the night. Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional and timely manner. Perform the closing of the day (end-of-day/night audit) to balance and finalize all financial transactions. Prepare and distribute daily financial and occupancy reports for management. Monitor hotel security systems and conduct regular safety checks of the premises. Ensure that all front desk operations and systems are updated before the next shift. Process payments and maintain accurate records of all transactions. Maintain a tidy and organized reception area. Adhere to hotel policies, health & safety standards, and emergency procedures. Work Schedule:
5 night shifts 2 days off rotated per week (5-day work schedule) Requirements:
Previous experience in front office or customer service roles (hospitality preferred). Strong understanding of night audit and end-of-day closing procedures. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented and accurate with financial reporting. Ability to work independently and remain calm under pressure. Proficiency in hotel management software (e.g., Opera ). Fluent in English & Greek. Additional languages will be considered as an advantage. Availability to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays.
