Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent guest service and ensuring smooth hotel operations during morning & night hours.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures during the night.
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
• Perform the closing of the day (end-of-day/night audit) to balance and finalize all financial transactions.
• Prepare and distribute daily financial and occupancy reports for management.
• Monitor hotel security systems and conduct regular safety checks of the premises.
• Ensure that all front desk operations and systems are updated before the next shift.
• Process payments and maintain accurate records of all transactions.
• Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
• Adhere to hotel policies, health & safety standards, and emergency procedures.

Work Schedule:

• 5 night shifts
• 2 days off rotated per week (5-day work schedule)

Requirements:

• Previous experience in front office or customer service roles (hospitality preferred).
• Strong understanding of night audit and end-of-day closing procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and accurate with financial reporting.
• Ability to work independently and remain calm under pressure.
• Proficiency in hotel management software (e.g., Opera ).
• Fluent in English & Greek. Additional languages will be considered as an advantage.
• Availability to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays.
