Job Description
Elegant Cyprus Properties is a dynamic real estate company based in Paphos, specializing in property sales and investment opportunities.
We are looking to hire a highly organized and motivated Office Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support and managing property listings across various platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing and updating property listings on websites and portals
- Handling incoming calls and emails
- Coordinating appointments and meetings
- Supporting the sales team with documentation and client communication
- Managing social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn)
- Maintaining organized client and property records
Requirements
- Excellent command of English (additional languages will be considered an advantage)
- Strong computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office
- Familiarity with social media platforms
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Professional attitude and communication skills
- Previous experience in a similar position will be considered an advantage
