Job Description

CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, an established Law Firm with offices in Larnaca, we are seeking to recruit an Office Administrator to join their growing team. As an Office Administrator, you will provide administrative and secretarial support, as well as manage reception duties, schedule appointments, and carry out external errands with various government departments and authorities as needed. You will ideally hold an academic background relating to Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or another relevant field, and previous experience in a relevant position is highly desirable. Excellent computer skills, and proficiency in software applications including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook are essential, and fluency in both Greek and English is a must. Working hours are from 08:00 – 18:00 (13:00 – 15:00 break) Monday – Thursday, and from 08:00 – 15:00 each Friday.

 

Key Duties/Responsibilities: 

  • Provide secretarial and administrative support.
  • Manage reception duties, telephone calls, and messages.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, emails, and faxes.
  • Schedule appointments.
  • Manage and maintaining both physical and electronic filing systems.
  • Carry out external errands with various government departments and authorities.
  • Property Management responsibilities, including communication with tenants, property owners, and business partners.

 

Key Skills/Experience: 

  • A degree in Secretarial Studies, Business Administration, or a related field will be considered an advantage.
  • Previous experience in a similar position is highly desirable.
  • Good command of both Greek and English.
  • Excellent computer skills and proficiency in software applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Valid driving licence and ability to carry out external errands.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Honest and trustworthy individual.
  • Responsible character with strong communication, teamwork, and collaboration skills.
