Office Bookkeeper / Administrator

Who We Are
Real Estate Development and Construction company in Limassol, seeking a financially organized and capable Office Administrator preferably with previous Bookkeeping experience in the worlds of real estate development, construction or related ( but not a must) to bring structure, control, and accountability to our operations. A key role in the operations of the company, with direct involvement in financial management and office operations.
Key Responsibilities
· Manage office procurement and supplies
· Monitor office budgets and control administrative expenses
· Manage bookkeeping functions, including invoices, reconciliations, and financial records
· Oversee day-to-day office operations, administration, and internal coordination
· Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems
· Manage import processes and logistics for construction materials
· Coordinate payments and liaise with external accountants and financial partners
· Provide administrative and compliance support to project managers and internal teams
· Review and monitor subcontractor and supplier invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance
Required Qualifications
· Proven hands-on bookkeeping experience
· Strong understanding of financial workflows
· Fluent in English and Greek (written and spoken)
· Strong organizational and multitasking ability
· High attention to detail and accountability
Strong Advantages
· Experience in real estate development or construction
· Familiarity with accounting software
· Additional language skills
