Job Description

CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a Global Trading company specializing in the supply of premium brands to B2B customers worldwide, we are seeking to recruit an Operations Executive to join their growing team based in Limassol. As an Operations Executive, you will deal with the suppliers and handle logistics requirements, process commercial invoices, and orders in the internal ERP system, and generate reports for Management as required. Our client is seeking applicants who possess approximately 2+ years of relevant experience in an administrative role, who possess outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English, as well as strong knowledge of MS Excel. An attractive remuneration package is on offer, based on skills and experience.

 

Key Duties/Responsibilities: 

  • Dealing with the suppliers and handling logistics requirements.
  • Processing commercial invoices and orders to clients in the system.
  • Generating reports for Management as and when required.
  • Monitoring internal data.
  • General administrative duties to ensure the smooth running of the office.

 

Key Skills/Experience: 

  • Ideally educated to Degree level in Business Administration or a related field.
  • 2+ years of previous experience within a demanding, administrative-focused position is a must.
  • Any previous experience with Logistics/Purchasing/Shipping will be considered an advantage.
  • Excellent knowledge of the English language, both verbal and written. 
  • Any basic bookkeeping knowledge will be considered a plus.
  • Excellent administration and time management skills are a must.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Excel is required.
