VACANCY

Louis Hotels, a chain of 25 hotels & resorts with over 80 years of experience in the hospitality industry, is seeking a dynamic and experienced professional for its Cali Resort and Spa in Paphos as the Operations Manager.

Main Responsibilities:

• To monitor and analyze the quality standard of the service provided, the guest satisfaction, operating costs, hygiene and cleanliness, productivity, quality and efficiency as well as the satisfaction of the staff.
• Provide effective leadership and guidance to the team, including department heads, supervisors, and frontline team members.
• Motivate and manage all team members working in operations to achieve the general targets.
• Monitor the coordination between the different departments of the hotel to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Establish communication channels with guests to obtain their feedback and assist with the resolution of issues.
• Identify and nurture talent within the hotel, providing opportunities for growth and advancement.

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of previous experience in a managerial position in a 4* or 5* hotel.
• In-depth knowledge of hotel operations, including front office, housekeeping, F&B, and guest services.
• Excellent command of the Greek and English language. Knowledge of additional languages will be considered an advantage.
• Leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
• Excellent communication and management skills, problem-solving abilities.
• Exceptional guest service mindset and a commitment to delivering outstanding experiences.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
• Proficiency in hotel management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• EU Nationality eligibility to work within the EU.
