Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Multi-Site Logistics: Manage the flow of stock and orders between the Central Warehouse and our 2 coffee shops to ensure zero downtime.
• Production Management: Oversee the "Meal Prep" service for our clients and organize large-scale Catering orders (ensuring timely delivery and quality).
• Quality Control: Maintain high standards for all beverages and healthy meals across all locations, ensuring consistency with the Dietsync brand.
• Team Leadership: Train new staff members, set schedules, and ensure all teams follow our service standards.
• Franchise Support: Act as the liaison for our 2 franchise partners, ensuring they adhere to brand guidelines and operational procedures.
• Compliance & Admin: Handle all health & safety requirements, including obtaining and renewing Health Certificates, and managing general administrative organization.

Requirements:

• Experience in Operations, Area Management, or Logistics within the F&B sector.
• Ability to manage multiple departments (Warehouse, Retail, Production) simultaneously.
• Strong organisational skills and problem-solving mindset.
• Valid driving license (required for moving between sites).
• Fluent in English.
