Requirements/Qualifications:
- Fluency in both written and spoken English
- Basic computer and typing skills
- No previous experience necessary, as we provide comprehensive training
Responsibilities for the Outbound Customer Contact Department:
- Call existing customers, for feedback and offer additional products & services
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues
- Ensure customer satisfaction, by offering service recommendations tailored to customer needs
- Collaborate with team members
Responsibilities for the Inbound Customer Contact Department:
- Answer calls from customers who would like to place their order, by telephone
- Ensure customer satisfaction, and resolve any issues
