Leonardo Hotels & Resorts Mediterranean, is now recruiting for the position of Payroll Officer at Pafos Head Offices.

Key Responsibilities:

Process and administer the hotel's payroll efficiently and accurately.
Verify and reconcile timekeeping records for all employees.
Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations regarding payroll and taxation.
Collaborate with HR to update and maintain employee records, including new hires, terminations, and changes in employment status.
Prepare and distribute payroll reports to management as needed.
Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll matters promptly and professionally.
Stay informed about changes in payroll regulations and best practices.
Assist in preparing payroll-related documents for audits.
Work closely with the Finance team to reconcile payroll accounts.

Qualifications:

Proficiency in using payroll software and Microsoft Office applications will be an advantage.
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Familiarity with hotel industry payroll challenges and dynamics is a plus.
Excellent knowledge of Greek & English language, both verbal and written.
Strong organisational skills.
