Physiotherapist (Clinical Pilates) — Nicosia

 

Our client is a specialized physiotherapy and rehabilitation center in Nicosia, focused on restoring function, reducing pain, and improving quality of life for patients with musculoskeletal and sports-related conditions. The center provides evidence-based, patient-centered care combining modern assessment and treatment methods, therapeutic exercise, and patient education.

 

Responsibilities

•     Assess patients and design individualized treatment and exercise programs

•     Manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, mobility training, injury prevention

•     Monitor progress, adjust interventions, keep accurate clinical records

•     Educate patients and families on home exercise programs, ergonomics, lifestyle

•     Work with colleagues and referring providers in a positive environment

 

Requirements

•     Degree in Physiotherapy or Physical Education, with the registration and practising licence required under applicable legislation

•     Experience in patient assessment, treatment planning, and delivery of physiotherapy or therapeutic exercise programs

•     Solid knowledge of anatomy, biomechanics, and rehabilitation principles, including manual therapy

•     Excellent communication skills and the ability to motivate patients

•     Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team

•     Commitment to ongoing professional development

•     Certification or training in Clinical Pilates — strongly preferred

•     Experience in a rehab clinic, sports, or community-health setting is an advantage
