Qualifications:
- work Experience: At least 1 year in similar position.
- languages: At least English and mother language
- ability to communicate with people
- have excellent interpersonal skills
- have a friendly and pleasant personality
- be polite
- able to work under pressure
Responsibilities:
- to escort all arrivals in rooms (carry their luggage’s)
- to keep the entrance and lobby area clean
- to check luggage room and issue requisition for luggage tags
- to have the responsibility to maintain the luggage room clean
- to describe all facilities offered by the hotel to the arriving guests, give information about the hotel and the surrounding area
- to deliver messages in rooms
