Job Description
Join the Porters team and contribute to a group that values being there for guests and assisting with their needs. You will provide support mainly during arrivals and departures while working closely with the Reception team across the hotel premises.
This role suits a friendly, hospitable, and discreet individual who thrives on helping others. It offers the security of employment with one of the most respected names in the hospitality industry in Cyprus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests during arrival and departure
- Ensure safe handling of luggage
- Maintain security and tidiness of the luggage room
- Keep entrance, reception, lobby, and TV areas clear
- Support Reception with newspaper, magazine, and message deliveries
- Know hotel facilities and services to assist guest inquiries
Qualifications and Experience:
- Minimum 2 years in a similar role at a 4 or 5-star hotel
- Proficient in Greek and English
- Pleasant personality
- EU citizen or holder of an EU work permit
