Job Description

Athanasis Economides Ltd is a Managed Print & IT Service Provider partnering with many companies such as HP, Sharp, Epson, Canon, Papercut, Microsoft, 3CX, and Fortinet.

We are looking for a field technician to handle printer & IT support at client sites. No prior printer hardware experience is required as we provide training in house. We are looking for someone with basic networking knowledge and strong troubleshooting skills.

Key Responsibilities:

-              On-site installation and deployment of printers & copiers

-              Network setup and configuration, configuring print/scan

-              User training

-              Hardware repairs and routine maintenance

-              Tier 1 IT support as needed

-              Printer consumable deliveries as needed

Requirements:

-              Valid driver’s licence

-              Basic understanding of networking & IT concepts

-              Good troubleshooting skills

-              Good knowledge of English & Greek

What we offer:

-              Salary of 1,300-1,800 gross depending on experience/skills + 13th salary

-              Car for field work duties

-              In house training for printers

-              Outside professional training for IT skills to help you grow

-              Working hours are Monday-Thursday 08.00-13.00 and 14.00-17.00, and Friday 08.00-16.00.
