This person ensures that the right materials are purchased at the right price and delivered on time, while keeping inventory under control and supporting both the factory and construction projects.

 

Responsibilities:

• Source and procure construction, MEP, finishing, and manufacturing materials from both local and international suppliers
• Manage end-to-end import and shipping processes, including supplier negotiations, logistics coordination, customs documentation, and delivery scheduling
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment of stock
• Coordinate procurement activities with project managers, architects, and factory operations
• Track and analyze material costs, supplier performance, and lead times
• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper use of ERP systems
• Support cost optimization initiatives and procurement planning across multiple projects

 

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or a related field
• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in procurement, inventory management, or supply chain operations
• Proven experience in importing construction materials, finishes, MEP products, or manufacturing components
• Strong negotiation and supplier management skills
• Excellent organizational and analytical capabilities
• International experience in sourcing, particularly within Europe
