Job Description

We are looking for a smart, highly organised and curious person to join our Contract & Projects team.

You will work alongside our teams to research products, find solutions, organise project information and communicate with our international furniture brands.

No furniture or interior design experience is required. We will teach you our products, brands and processes.

What You'll Do

• Research furniture and products across our international brands
• Find suitable products based on images, drawings and client requirements
• Compare products, dimensions, finishes, prices and lead times
• Organise product lists, specifications and project information
• Communicate with manufacturers for prices, samples and technical information
• Help prepare quotations, product schedules and presentations
• Support our sales and interior design teams on residential and commercial projects
• Follow up outstanding information and keep projects organised

Who We're Looking For

• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Smart, curious and a quick learner
• Confident with computers and digital tools
• A good communicator in Greek and English
• A problem solver who takes initiative
• Genuinely interested in furniture, products and design

No specific degree or furniture industry experience is required. We value mindset, ability and willingness to learn.
