Manpower Cyprus, on behalf of a Leading Group operating across the industrial, marine, construction, logistics, and aviation sectors, is seeking to recruit a Production Manager to join its team in Limassol.
Duties:
Manage and oversee daily production operations to ensure manufacturing targets, quality standards, and delivery schedules are achieved
Coordinate production activities with warehouse, procurement, and engineering teams to ensure efficient workflow and resource utilization
Monitor production performance, quality, and safety KPIs, implementing corrective actions where necessary
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness
Ensure all products and manufacturing processes comply with relevant technical, quality, and EU regulatory standards
Lead, motivate, and support production personnel while promoting a strong health and safety culture
Perform any other related duties as required
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field
Minimum 5 years of experience in a Production Management or Supervisory role within a manufacturing environment
Good knowledge of production processes, resource planning, and quality management systems
Experience with 3D design software (e.g. SolidWorks) and production management systems will be considered an advantage
Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken; knowledge of Greek will be considered an advantage
Remuneration Package:
Competitive gross monthly salary of €2,400 – €2,700, depending on qualifications and experience
Pension Fund Scheme upon successful completion of the probation period
