Job Description

Kanika Developments, a subsidiary of Kanika Group and a sister company to Kanika Hotels & Resorts, seeks to recruit a professional Project Manager to lead and oversee internal project teams, ensuring that all project activities align with the mission and mission of Kanika Group and contribute to the overall vision. The Project Manager will be accountable for the following main areas:

·        Develop and execute comprehensive project plans for residential, commercial, and hotel developments

·        Oversee project deliverables to guarantee compliance with high-quality standards and innovative construction practices

·        Manage project budgets, track expenses, and optimize resource allocation for cost-effective project delivery

·         

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

·       Collaborating with key stakeholders within the Kanika Group

·        Coordinate with cross-functional teams for successful project implementation

·        Oversee project deliverables to ensure high-quality standards and innovative construction practices

·        Integrate new technologies and construction methods for enhanced project efficiency

·        Lead, motivate, and guide cross-functional project teams

·        Foster a positive team culture valuing innovation, excellence, and efficiency

·        Manage project budgets, track expenses, and optimize resource allocation for cost-effective delivery

·        Collaborate with finance teams to meet goals and keep projects within budget

·        Identify potential risks and develop proactive mitigation strategies

·        Monitor project risks and implement contingency plans as needed

·        Monitor project timelines, ensuring projects are completed on schedule

·        Implement strategies to address delays and keep projects on track

 

Qualifications:

·       Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field

·        Minimum of 7 years of experience as a Project Manager in high-quality construction projects

·        Demonstrate vast experience in project management, including handling timetables and targets

·        Familiarity with construction regulations, codes, and standards.

·        Excellent command on the Greek and English Language

·        Excellent Knowledge of Microsoft Office

·        Excellent organizational skills

·        Exhibit an in-depth understanding of various engineering disciplines

·        Show strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
