Leptos Estates, member of Leptos Group, is seeking to recruit for Paphos, a

Promotion Executive

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Promote properties to prospective clients through various channels
• Coordinate property viewings and inspection appointments
• Perform regular follow-ups with previous leads
• Provide timely and constructive feedback to managers
• Collaborate closely with the sales team and other departments
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of property listings, market trends, and competitor offerings
• Handle client inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns

 Key competencies:

• Highly driven and ambitious, with a proactive approach to personal and team success
• A positive and approachable personality
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong phone etiquette with the ability to maintain professionalism, clarity, and a positive tone in all customer interactions
• Excellent command of the English and Greek languages, both written and spoken
• Knowledge of any other language will be considered a significant advantage
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Familiarity with CRM systems; prior experience with customer relationship management platforms is a distinct advantage

 Qualifications & Experience:

• While a formal degree is not a requirement for this position, it will be considered an advantage
