Job Description

-         Handling legal matters related to real estate transactions, including drafting and/or reviewing and amending contracts of sale, assignment agreements, cancellation agreements, tenancy agreements, long term lease agreements and Powers of Attorney.

-         Conducting due diligence on properties and ensuring compliance with respective laws and regulations.

-         Liaising on behalf of the client with public authorities, representing the client and attending any relevant authority to submit any application on the client’s behalf.

-         Providing expert legal advice and guidance on any property related matter, including property sales and/or acquisitions, leasing and disputes.

-         Administering the set-up and ongoing legal matters of Cypriot legal entities and liaising directly with the Cyprus Registrar of Companies and other national and governmental and regulatory bodies.

-         Drafting resolutions/minutes, loan agreements, shareholders agreements, share purchase agreement, corporate documents and/or various commercial agreements.

-         Assisting with KYC/AML

-         Providing general legal support in all related matters
