Job Description
Seeking an organized Receptionist for a full time (09:00 – 17:00) to provide the following support
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering phone calls from the main switchboard and welcome visitors.
- Handle externals jobs
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail/couriers
- Maintain/inserting records in a company’s software. (scanning and registering)
- Assist with basic office tasks and team support
Assist with invoice first registration
Requirements:
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Good knowledge of English language
- Good communication skills
- Organized, responsible, and professional
- Previous experience is a plus
