Leonardo Hotels & Resorts Mediterranean is seeking a passionate and customer-focused Receptionist to join the Front Office team at Leonardo Cypria Bay Hotel.
Key Responsibilities
Handle guest arrivals and departures in accordance with hotel procedures.
Ensure all arriving guests are assigned their scheduled rooms on time.
Monitor pending arrivals and departures and report any issues to the Head Receptionist.
Provide guests with accurate information about hotel facilities, services, amenities, and scheduled events.
Conduct proper handovers between shifts and maintain the reception cash float.
Report maintenance issues and follow up on pending repairs.
Stay updated on exchange rates, weather forecasts, and ensure guest information material is available.
Promote room upgrades and maximise room revenue based on daily availability.
Ensure compliance with GDPR requirements regarding the handling of guests' personal data.
Qualifications & Skills
Pleasant and professional personality with excellent communication skills.
Excellent command of the English language. Knowledge of additional languages will be considered an advantage.
Diploma from a Hotel School or previous experience in a similar Front Office position.
Strong customer service orientation and ability to work as part of a team.
Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
