Multitech is also an authorized service center for AOC, Canon, D-Link, Epson, HP, Hyundai, Lenovo, Samsung, TP-Link and VOX Electronics.

 

We are looking for a motivated individual who will perform various office duties, including answering customer emails and phone calls.

 

Requirements:

Manage incoming RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) processes, including machine intake and registration in the service department.

Provide telephone support to customers, order placement and offering information on service status.

Handle the preparation and coordination of shipment packages through AKIS Express and ACS courier services.

Very good knowledge of Greek and English.

Good knowledge of Office suite programs.

Knowledge of IT products will be considered an advantage.

Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work as part of a team.

Experience in a similar position will be considered an advantage.
