Job Title: Russian-Speaking Recruiter
Job Profile:
We are looking for a Russian-Speaking Recruiter to join CDA Group and support the identification and recruitment of suitable candidates for Real Estate Sales Broker positions in Cyprus. The role will focus primarily on sourcing Russian-speaking sales professionals, proactively approaching potential candidates and building a strong pipeline of suitable candidates for CDA Group.
Job Description:
· Identify and source potential candidates through LinkedIn, social media, job platforms, professional networks and other recruitment channels.
· Proactively approach and engage potential Real Estate Sales Brokers.
· Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidates' experience, skills, language abilities and suitability for the role.
· Maintain and develop a strong candidate pipeline.
· Coordinate interviews with management and follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
· Build and maintain a network of potential candidates within the Cyprus real estate and sales market.
· Support the recruitment process from initial contact through to offer and onboarding.
· Provide regular updates on recruitment progress and candidate pipelines.
Person Specification:
· Fluency in Russian and English.
· Previous experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, Sourcing or Sales Recruitment.
· Experience recruiting for Real Estate, Sales or similar commercial positions will be considered an advantage.
· Strong communication, networking and interpersonal skills.
· Proactive and target-oriented approach.
· Ability to independently source and attract candidates.
· Good knowledge of the Cyprus employment and recruitment market will be considered an advantage.
