Job Description

We are looking for a Listing / Sales Agent who has experience in Famagusta and/or Larnaka Areas / Real Estate Markets 

Responsibilities

• Good knowledge of the local real estate market
• Ability to manage potential buyers via your own network/contacts and/or Company provided enquiries in purchasing property and guide through the buying process start to finish
• Ability to list resale properties via your own network/contacts and/or Company provided enquiries and guide through the listing process start to finish
• Mediate negotiations, consult clients on market conditions, legal requirements and relating
• Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties’ value
• Display and market real property to possible buyers
• Prepare necessary paperwork (contracts, leases, deeds, closing statements etc.)
• Maintain and update listings of available properties
• Develop networks and cooperate with other market professionals
• Promote sales through advertisements, open houses and listing services
• Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices

Requirements

• Experience within the Real Estate field
• Local market knowledge
• Ability to work independently
• Strong sales, negotiation and communication skills
• Pleasant and trustworthy
• MS Office familiarity
• Highly proficient in spoken and written English and ideally Greek

Remuneration package includes: Fixed salary and sales commission
