About the Role
We are looking for a friendly and motivated Sales Assistant to join our team at Crocodile Shoes & Accessories — one of Cyprus's leading footwear retailers with 17 stores island-wide.

You will be the face of our brand, helping customers find the perfect shoes and accessories while delivering an exceptional shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers in a warm and professional manner
• Help customers find the right products based on their needs and preferences
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our product range and brands
• Achieve individual and store sales targets
• Handle transactions accurately using the till system
• Maintain store presentation, displays, and stock levels
• Receive and organize new stock deliveries
• Support the store team in day-to-day operations

Requirements

• Friendly, outgoing personality with a passion for customer service
• Strong communication skills in Greek and English
• Previous retail or customer service experience is an advantage but not essential
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Reliable and punctual
• Interest in fashion and footwear is a plus
