Job Description

We are a warm, family-oriented boutique specializing in baby clothing, toys, and christening items, and we are looking for a full-time Sales Assistant to join our team.

We believe that personality, kindness, and willingness to learn are more important than previous experience. Whether you are a fresh graduate or someone looking for a new opportunity, if you are enthusiastic, responsible, and enjoy working with people, we would love to hear from you.

Main Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their purchases.
• Support sales by understanding customers’ needs and recommending suitable products.
• Operate the cashier and process transactions accurately.
• Learn and maintain a good understanding of store inventory and stock organization.
• Help ensure the shop remains welcoming, tidy, and beautifully presented.

Working Hours

• Monday to Saturday from 09:30 to 18:30.
• Break: 13:30 – 15:30
• Wednesday & Saturday: Half day (until 13:30)

Salary (gross)

• €1,000 per month (under probation period - 6 months)
• €1,100 per month (after probation period)

What We're Looking For

• A friendly, positive, and caring personality.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Energy, initiative, and a willingness to learn.
• Enjoys working in a team and interacting with families and children.
• Previous retail experience is an advantage but not required.

Language required: Native-level Greek and intermediate English.
