Job Description

We are looking for 2 enthusiastic Sales Assistants to join our team at Mira Boutique & Tropicana in Larnaca.

Main Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service and assist customers in choosing suitable outfits, offering styling advice and outfit suggestions.
• Keep the shop clean, tidy, organised and well presented on a daily basis.
• Receive new stock, apply barcodes, organise merchandise for display and maintain an organised stockroom.
• Prepare and process e-commerce orders through WordPress, including checking online orders, picking and packing items, and arranging dispatch through ACS, BOX NOW and Akis Express.
• Handle customer orders received through Instagram, Facebook and by phone.
• Assist customers with exchanges and refunds according to the store’s policies.
• Support our social media activity by posting Instagram Stories, presenting new arrivals and suggesting outfit and styling ideas.

We are looking for a friendly, reliable and organised person with a passion for fashion, good communication skills and a willingness to be involved in all aspects of the daily running of the store.

Working Hours: 

• Mira Boutique: 6.5 hours per day, 6 days per week (Sunday - Off), on rotating shifts: 10:00–16:30 or 13:00–19:30.

• Tropicana Boutique: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday: 10:00–18:00, Wednesday: 10:00–15:00, Saturday: 10:00–17:00, Sunday: Off
