We are looking for 2 enthusiastic Sales Assistants to join our team at Mira Boutique & Tropicana in Larnaca.
Main Responsibilities:
Provide excellent customer service and assist customers in choosing suitable outfits, offering styling advice and outfit suggestions.
Keep the shop clean, tidy, organised and well presented on a daily basis.
Receive new stock, apply barcodes, organise merchandise for display and maintain an organised stockroom.
Prepare and process e-commerce orders through WordPress, including checking online orders, picking and packing items, and arranging dispatch through ACS, BOX NOW and Akis Express.
Handle customer orders received through Instagram, Facebook and by phone.
Assist customers with exchanges and refunds according to the store’s policies.
Support our social media activity by posting Instagram Stories, presenting new arrivals and suggesting outfit and styling ideas.
We are looking for a friendly, reliable and organised person with a passion for fashion, good communication skills and a willingness to be involved in all aspects of the daily running of the store.
Working Hours:
Mira Boutique: 6.5 hours per day, 6 days per week (Sunday - Off), on rotating shifts: 10:00–16:30 or 13:00–19:30.
