Wine and More is seeking motivated and customer-oriented professionals to join our growing team. This full-time role combines responsibilities in our wine boutique with representing our brand within the HO.RE.CA. sector. As a premier wine retailer, we proudly offer an extensive selection of wines, champagnes, spirits, and premium beverages sourced from around the world.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure a premium in-store experience.
Achieve individual and team sales targets.
Manage inventory control and basic accounting procedures.
Maintain accurate records and reports within the company system.
Requirements
Strong communication and negotiation skills (previous experience and/or portfolio will be considered an advantage).
Results-driven mindset with strong business acumen.
High level of creativity, initiative, and self-motivation.
Fluency in English (spoken and written).
Valid work permit for Cyprus.
Valid EU driving license and willingness to travel.
European citizenship or valid EU work permit
Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in the HO.RE.CA. industry.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (considered an advantage).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Greek.language
Knowledge of wine and spirits (considered an advantage).
Proficiency in the Russian language (considered an advantage).
