Sales Associates – Armani Stores Cyprus

Sales Associate – Your Role

• Represent the Armani brand with professionalism and authenticity.
• Deliver an elevated, personalized client experience.
• Provide in-depth knowledge of collections, fabrics, fits, and styling.
• Build long-term client relationships through strong clienteling practices.
• Contribute to store targets through individual performance and teamwork.
• Maintain impeccable visual merchandising and store standards.

Store Manager – Your Role

• Lead, inspire, and develop the store team to achieve excellence.
• Drive sales performance and ensure the achievement of KPIs and targets.
• Oversee daily store operations, stock management, and visual standards.
• Deliver an outstanding client experience aligned with the Armani philosophy.
• Analyze performance reports and implement strategic action plans.
• Foster a positive, motivating, and high-performance team culture.

What We Are Looking For

• Strong passion for fashion and the Armani lifestyle.
• Previous experience in luxury or premium retail (management experience required for Store Manager role).
• Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages such as Turkish or Russian will be considered an advantage).
• Professional, elegant, and fashion-forward appearance.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-end retail environment.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
